The agenda states that the Committee is recommended to:
1. Based on the feedback of the HOSC Substantial Change Working Group (to follow verbally at the meeting on 16 January), to Agree
whether to declare the closure of beds at Wantage Community Hospital as a Substantial Change, and,
2. Agree whether to refer to the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care the matter of the closure of beds at Wantage Community Hospital.
